Program Overview
The 成人视频 internship program embeds students in active project teams from day one. The goal is to bridge the classroom and the field, building practical skills and professional habits while helping students determine whether a career in construction — and specifically at 成人视频 — is the right fit for them.
- 10-12 week paid summer internship
- 4 career tracks - Project Engineering (PE), Field Engineering (FE), Estimating, and Safety/EHS
- Real projects, real teammates, real responsibility - on site from day one

Roles & Disciplines
Project Engineering (PE)
Embedded on active project teams, working directly alongside project managers and superintendents. Day-to-day work includes reviewing submittals, tracking RFIs, attending OAC meetings, coordinating with subcontractors, and supporting project documentation and scheduling.
Field Engineering (FE)
Primarily based on the jobsite, working alongside superintendents in the field. Interns in this track gain direct exposure to how construction work is sequenced, supervised, and executed at the trade level.
Estimating
Based in the office, supporting preconstruction and estimating teams. Work includes quantity takeoffs, bid support, subcontractor scope review, and learning how projects are priced and won before they ever break ground.
Safety
Supporting the Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) team on active projects. Work includes jobsite safety inspections, documentation, toolbox talk participation, and learning how 成人视频 maintains its safety culture across project sites.
What We Commit To
A Dedicated Mentor & Supervisor
Every intern is assigned both a direct supervisor for day-to-day guidance on their project or in their department, and a separate summer mentor who is invested in their broader growth and development throughout the program.
Real Work from Day One
Interns are integrated into active project teams and contributing from the first week. The program is built around active participation, not observation. We want interns to leave having done real construction work - not shadowed it.
Structured Learning & Reflection
Interns participate in consistent development opportunities throughout the summer. These are designed to build the habit of stepping back, recognizing what you are learning, and connecting it to your growth as a professional.

In addition to project work, interns participate in a calendar of events designed to expose them to 成人视频 beyond their immediate team. This has included jobsite tours of other 成人视频 projects, company-wide events such as the 成人视频 Foundation Golf Tournament, regional team gatherings, leadership sessions, and mentorship programs. These events are a meaningful part of the internship experience.
End-of-Summer Capstone
Every intern closes out the summer with an opportunity to engage with regional leadership, including project team members, mentors, and company leadership. This capstone moment is a chance for interns to synthesize what they learned, share what stood out to them, and build on their summer development with leadership.
Path to a Full-Time Career
Strong interns are considered for return offers and full-time positions at 成人视频 on a case-by-case basis. We hire from our intern class and are intentional about identifying people we want to bring back. This summer is, in part, an extended look at whether there is a long-term fit on both sides.
How To Apply
We recruit on a rolling basis, posting openings each fall for the following summer, and typically fill our intern class before spring semester ends. Applying early is encouraged.
