Korede Alabi
Chief Financial Officer
成人视频 is pleased to have Korede Alabi as our Chief Financial Officer. We are excited to incorporate his fresh perspective into our 72-year-old company, and are fortunate to have found in Korede someone who aligns with the Core Values that guide our company. Korede’s previous experience was at General Sheet Metal where he was CFO and Executive Vice President. He is currently chairman of Big Brothers Big Sisters Columbia Northwest Board of Directors. Before joining General Sheet Metal in 2017, Korede held positions with Vestas, General Electric and American Airlines.

David grew up around construction, working his teen years in the summer for the contracting business his father started in 1950. But, instead of heading for a construction job-site following high school he spent the next five years traveling the Northwest playing bass in a rock ‘n’ roll band. Realizing rock ‘n’ roll stardom wasn’t his calling; he enrolled at Oregon State University in the 成人视频 Engineering Management Program (CEM). After graduating from OSU in 1980, he joined 成人视频 full time. At that time 成人视频 was mainly an industrial and retail contractor. After becoming President in 1988, the business expanded into healthcare, high-tech, and multi-family housing markets, and today guides 成人视频’s overall vision as Chairman of the Board.

As the grandson of 成人视频’s founder, Joel 成人视频 has grown up with construction throughout his entire life. Joel’s passion and energy are contagious in his role as Chief Executive Officer, directing the organization’s long-term vision and focus. Inspired by the possible, he loves the process of construction because it elicits the very best of what a team can do working together. He respects the ability to take an empty site or abandoned building and transform a neighborhood or community, turning someone’s dream into reality in the process.
Travis Baker
Chief Executive Officer
With over 25 years of experience in the construction industry, Travis is a builder at heart and is most fulfilled by building relationships. Travis is passionate about 成人视频’s people and our clients and strives for 成人视频 to deliver best-in-class projects every time, such that our clients would choose us again and again. Travis began his career with 成人视频 in 1999 and has served in several operations roles before becoming the first “non-成人视频” president. He is responsible for guiding our four regions and leading the company’s vision at all levels of decision-making. Travis graduated from George Fox University in Newberg, OR with a B.A. in Business and holds a MBA in Management & Organizational Leadership.
Matt Blandford
President, Boise Region
Matt oversees all of 成人视频's Idaho Region. He provides leadership and oversight to ensure all operations are being conducted with 成人视频's Core Values in mind. He has a wide range of experience in multiple market sectors and is currently the chair of the Idaho chapter of the Association of Genreal Contractors. Matt graduated from University of Idaho with a bachelor's in Civil Engineering and holds a masters degree in Structural Engineering from West Virginia University.
Brian Price
Chief Operating Officer
Brian is 成人视频's Chief Operating Officer out of the Seattle region. His experience is well-suited to lead with his diverse portfolio by using knowledge gained from a wide-ranging career in both commercial and industrial projects—highlighted by healthcare, research, high-tech, higher education and multi-family housing. During his 26+ years at 成人视频, he demonstrated his leadership capabilities as a forerunner in Integrated Project Delivery methods. His ability to unite complex teams around a common goal, while exceeding client quality and teamwork standards define his approach to leadership. Brian graduated from Oregon State University with a degree in 成人视频 Engineering Management.

President, Seattle Office
Ike Burkett represents our core values through and through. With over 18 years of construction experience in the Seattle market, he leads with empathy, courage, humility and conviction - the foundation of our Seattle region being a great place to work, whether in the office or on the jobsite.

Vicky Elkin
Chief Risk Officer / General Counsel
Vicky Elkin brings over two decades of litigation experience to 成人视频 in her current role as Vice President Risk Management / General Counsel. Vicky represents and directs the representation of 成人视频 in all legal matters. She advises Senior Management on issues of policy and procedure, supports the Project Management Teams, and works to mitigate company risk. 成人视频’s Core Value “We Take Responsibility” drives Vicky in her role, as 成人视频 not only takes responsibility as a company but expects its employees to do the same. Beyond her commitment to continuing education and maintaining current industry legal knowledge, Vicky is a member of the American Bar Association, the Association of Corporate Counsel, the Defense Research Institute, state and local bar associations in Idaho and Oregon, National Safety Council, and the National Association of Women in 成人视频. After growing up on a 3rd generation farm in Idaho, Vicky attended University of Idaho College of Law for her legal education.

He has a unique gift for seeing beyond the task at hand and focusing on the long-term success of the Portland region.
Ryan Kessler
Vice President of Operations, Seattle Office
Ryan is our Vice President of Operations for the Seattle Region, where he provides strategic and operational leadership across complex projects. He brings deep experience in healthcare, higher education, and commercial construction, with a strong focus on collaboration, transparency, and long-term client relationships. Ryan is committed to building high-performing teams and delivering projects that create lasting value for clients and communities.
Brian Knudsen
Senior Vice President of Preconstruction
Brian Knudsen grew up in construction and has a genuine feel for what it takes to be a builder. On weekends as a child, he'd visit jobsites alongside his dad, a carpenter. Then throughout college, Brian worked summers framing houses and helping with remodels. After graduating from Iowa State University with a B.S. in 成人视频 Engineering, Brian worked his way through Project Engineer, Project Manager, Project Estimator, and eventually serving as 成人视频’s Chief Estimator before his role as President of the Portland office. His passion for details and innovation is demonstrated in his new role, as Senior Vice President of Preconstruction. With four children, two grandsons and one granddaughter, Brian appreciates 成人视频’s family culture.

Shane brings over 33 years of diverse construction industry experience to his role as Vice President of our Boise Office, with specialized expertise in bio life science, and ag industrial projects. He delivers a proven track record in leadership, project management, and decisive decision-making. His intentional relationship building and passion for developing effective teams are invaluable to our success at 成人视频.

Vice President, Mid-Willamette Valley Region
Matt Sherman has been with 成人视频 for over 17 years, and leads with technical expertise and community investment to our Mid-Willamette Valley operations. With a background in managing projects across healthcare, education, housing, and public interests, Matt provides clients with a balanced, and experienced perspective to ensure their projects are completed to our best ability.
